Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vidora web application and media conversion service (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Permitted Use & User Affirmation

Vidora provides tools strictly for personal media formatting, audio extraction, and transcoding.

  • Ownership Affirmation: You warrant that you own all rights to any content submitted or have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions from copyright holders.
  • Personal, Non-Commercial Use: The Service is provided solely for personal, non-commercial use. Automated scraping, bulk harvesting, and circumvention of paywalls are strictly prohibited.
  • Public Content Only: The Service processes publicly accessible links only without bypassing authentication or digital rights management (DRM) technologies.

3. Third-Party Platform Policies

Users must comply with the terms of service of any third-party platforms accessed (including YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram). Vidora does not authorize actions in violation of third-party platform terms.

4. Technical Limits & Ephemeral Processing

To maintain system stability, per-IP rate limits and file size restrictions (200 MB maximum) are enforced. Media processed through Vidora is held in ephemeral volatile memory only for the duration required to deliver the output, and is purged immediately upon completion.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDORA AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
